Delete your MiCompress account

For accounts created on micompress.com or in the MiCompress app for Android and iOS. It is one account in both places.

How to delete it

In the app: open Account → Delete account, enter your password (or confirm with Google if you signed up with Google) and confirm.
On the web: sign in, then use the form on this page, with your password or, for an account linked to Google, Confirm with Google. Your account page also links here.
Can't sign in? Reset your password at Forgot password (this also works for an account created with Google, which has no password until you set one), or contact us from the email address on the account and we will delete it for you.

Your account: email address, password, API key and plan.
Your compression history, and any compressed files still on our servers. Files are deleted within 24 hours anyway; these go immediately.
A paid plan that is still renewing — bought on the web or through Google Play — is cancelled, so you will not be charged again. The remaining paid time is not refunded.

Payment records held by Lemon Squeezy and Google Play, our payment providers, for as long as tax law requires.
Server and security logs, which may contain IP addresses, for up to 90 days.

Deletion happens immediately and cannot be undone.
